CK61250 CNC Lathe Machine 63 TON
CK6125(32/63) is horizontal heavy-duty CNC lathe, the load-bearing is 32 ton. It is applicable to turn external and internal cylindrical surfaces, oil grooves, cutting of, boring hole, turning inside and outside conical, and different kinds of the thread of shaft cylindrical, disc parts of different materials by high-speed steel and hard alloy steel tools.
This machine bed structure is an integral Box-shaped and three rectangular guideway, one-time casting by high quality cast iron HT300, and through two-aged processing, keeps good stability, good rigidity, and strong anti-vibration ability, the width of the guideway is 1600mm/2090mm. It ground by imported guideway grinder, guarantees the machine tool's longevity, high precision,and best receptivity.
This machine spindle driven by 75/144kw DC motor, it adopts the combined mode of speed change by adjusting magnetism and adjusting pressure,the total ratio of speed regulation is 1: 22.2(1: 39.58), the mechanism speed regulation is three levels(63T is 4), the Syntheses speed regulation ratio of mechanism and electric is 1: 200 1: 266, thereby made the spindle obtain infinite speed variation scope0.8~~160(0.5~~125)r/min.
The axis-Z feeding system adopts an import high precision rack and pinion structure, the axis-X feeding system adopts a high precision ball screw, guarantees the stability of process precision.
