CK / CKP / CK6163-6180-6194 CNC lathe series adopts the semi-closed loop control system, the whole bed (3000 specifications and below adopt the permeable whole bed,4000/5000 specifications adopt the whole bed,6000 and above specifications adopt the whole butt bed), Suitable for processing all kinds of complex shapes of shaft, sleeve, disc parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, arc surface, end face, etc, especially suitable for many varieties, small and medium-sized batch of rotation processing,technology adaptability, high processing efficiency. Easy to program, easy to operate,is an ideal medium -sized machining equipment.
The CK series speed change is hydraulic automatic four gears shifting and infinitely variable speeds within each gear: the CKJ series is 18-evel speed change by manual; the CKP series is manual four gears shifting and infinitely variable speeds within each gear.
System function introduction:
1. The system can process continuous revolving bodies taken various curves as generatrix. The processing resolution is 0.00lmm.
2. It can process cylindrical and tapered threads, as well as continuous connecting threads between the cylinder and tapered surfaces, and end threads.
3. With automatic tool compensation function.
4. With blank circulation, processing thread circulation, grooving circulation,etc.
5. The zero points of the workpiece coordinate system can be set arbitrarily, and the operation is very convenient.
