Main functions and features:
1.This machine tool is a three-axis linkage CNC compound grinder. It can complete the compound grinding process of the inner circle, outer circle, end face, taper surface, etc. of the part through one clamping. It has high efficiency and high precision.It has the characteristics of high efficiency, convenient and reliable operation.
2.The main shaft of the grinding wheel frame adopts a high-rigidity rolling bearing main shaft system, which has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and strong load-bearing capacity. Grinding wheel linear speed 45m/s.
3.The X1, X2 and Z-axis movement of the feed mechanism of the machine tool grinding wheel frame adopts large-size linear guide rails. The Z-axis feed movement is equipped with a grating ruler to ensure the accuracy of grinding feed.
4.The head frame adopts AC servoThe service motor is driven by a synchronous belt to achieve stepless speed regulation.
5.The internal grinding tool bracket is installed on the grinding wheel feed X2 transverse body shell, and the spindle adopts a rolling bearing structure. The rotation speed is 10000RPM, and it can also be equipped with electric spindle grinding head.
6.The grinding wheel dressing method is two sets of diamond pen dressing at the front and rear, which can dress the inner and outer circular grinding wheels respectively, and can realize automatic dressing and automatic compensation.
