The left and right travel mechanism of this machine tool uses gear and rack drive with frequency conversion, allowing for adjustable speeds and ensuring smoother machine operation.
This machine tool uses a powerful electromagnetic chuck to fix the blades more steadily and efficiently, saving the time previously spent on clamping with bolts and significantly reducing labor.
This machine tool features a double-layer national standard steel plate welded structure subjected to vibration aging treatment. Equipped with a super-strong electromagnetic chuck, the blade is firmly secured to the worktable simply by placing it on the table and turning on the switch, which saves the time required for bolt clamping and results in flatter, straighter blade edges. During the grinding process, the machine can automatically compensate for grinding wheel wear without manual intervention, saving approximately 40 minutes of labor.
