HTC large-size serial CNC lathe is a brand new versatile CNC horizontal lathe developed and designed by our factory as per the modularized design idea which is advanced in the world at present; 45° high-rigidity integral tilting bed features stable performance and ensures machining accuracy and useful life;through finite element analysis ,the product realizes the most reasonable structure layout; modularized combination easily realizes 3-axis and 4-axis configuration and function.
HTC50/63/80 series horizontal CNC lathe adopts 45°(75° is optional for partial models)integral tilted bed , adopts resin bonded sand technique casting, features reasonable internal rib-shaped layout,wide guiderail surface, high overall rigidity of bed, and features excellent resistance torsion and advantage of smooth chip removal.
