Main functions and features:
1.This machine is a three-axis linkage CNc special grinder, which isused to process threaded sleeves, cams and other special-shapedouter contours. It has the characteristics of high efficiency,highprecision and simple operation.lt has a very high cost performance,and one person can operate several machine.
2.The machine adopts Siemens 828D three-axis linkage CNcsystem. The AC servo motor controls the headstock (C axis), thegrinding wheel frame feed ( axis) and the movement of theworktable respectively through a precision reducer.
3.The grinding wheeistock adopts a dynamic and static pressurebearing structure.which has high rotation accuracy and highrigidity and can realize wide grinding wheel grinding. It has thefunction of frequency conversion speed regulation to realize thegrinding wheel segmentation 45m/s constant linear speedgrinding to ensure the stable and reliable operation of thegrinding wheel spindle.
4.The headstock (C axis) is driven by a high-precision gear drivenby a servo motor to ensure stable and reliable grinding.
5.The grinding wheel dressing method is the front diamond roller,which realizes automatic dressing and automatic compensation. ltcan dress the outer circle, end face and circular arc.
6.Grinding software for screw sleeves and cams with independentintellectual property rights.
